Thank you for shopping with The Waxhouse/Scentmasters. Please read the following ordering information.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS: This order is accepted subject to the following terms.

1. Sales and similar taxes: All prices are NET prices, and do not include any existing sales, use, excise or similar taxes. Any and all taxes due if not billed, become the buyers responsibility.

2. Terms of Payment: Full payment, check, internet check, Money Order,Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card must accompany order. DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL! In cases of C.O.D., the buyer will bear C.O.D. charges of $7.50 per box COD fee as charged by UPS or FEDEX. We will ship COD only to Established customers . If mailing in payment please call 320-363-0411 to get the proper shipping amount before mailing in payment. Payments sent in without proper shipping amount will result in order being delayed or being shipped with the shipping charges COD.

2a. The shipping charges returned by the shopping cart system are only accurate IF the proper ship to information has been entered. The Waxhouse/Scentmasters reserves the right to correct the shipping amount to be charged if input error has occurred. If paying by check, The Waxhouse/Scentmasters reserves the right to delay shipping of any order until the check has cleared the bank. There will be a $25.00 charge for a check returned unpaid by your bank for any reason. The Waxhouse/Scentmasters does maintain a policy of filing charges for returned unpaid checks. Please keep in mind it is a Federal offence to obtain goods by fraudulent means (worthless check) across state lines including by wire (internet).

3. Price Changes. All prices are subject to change without notice.

3a. Special Orders or Large Orders. PLEASE NOTE: Special orders, orders that are not normally stocked in large quantity or orders more than $10,000.00 US Dollars are NOT refundable once the order is placed and production has been started on the order. Failure to accept completed order or refusal of such constitutes breach of contract either verbal or written. It is strongly advised that you be certain of your order before placing an order that will fall under section 3a. There are no exceptions to this policy.

4. Delivery: Orders of all in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Requests for expedited shipping will be honored. Out of country shipments: Waxhouse/Scentmasters will research most favorable shipping terms for out of country orders. Please include your email address so we are able to consult with you. If you have a special need, ie: a deadline to fill, send us an email to explain your special circumstance.

5. TELEPHONE: To check on your order, you may call 320-363-0411 or email to sales@scentmasters.com Also, if your order is being shipped UPS or FEDEX and you have entered a VALID email address, UPS or FEDEX will email you with the tracking number as soon as the item is shipped so you may also track your order online.

6. Patents: The buyer shall hold seller harmless against any expense or loss resulting from infringements of patents or trademarks arising from compliance with the buyers designs or specifications, or instructions.

REPRESENTATION and WARRANTY: Seller warrants its materials delivered hereunder to conform to specifications and descriptions as may be agreed in writing to be applicable, and to be free from defect in material and workmanship. The responsibility of seller is limited to replacing , repairing or refunding the item or items that do not conform to the above at the sellers option.

RETURNS: Returns MUST have a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number and will be returned to sender. Please call 320-363-0411 for a RMA number. For quality control reasons, scents are not returnable. All other items must be in new and un-used condition. Any return that is accepted and issued a RMA number and is being returned for any reason other than defects will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. Any customer who refuses shipment of an order that has been shipped is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping Fees are NOT refundable once order has been shipped.

WAX SHIPPING COSTS... We do have special shipping rates available to customers on wax orders of 200 lbs or more. If ordering in excess of 200 lbs, call for shipping amounts instead of using the online shopping cart. If ordered online, standard shipping rates may apply as charges are done by computer and not manually. We will make every effort to work with you on the most cost effective way of shipping large quantities.

DAMAGE:... All damaged items MUST be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Damage Claims will NOT be honored after the 72 hours delivery window.

The Waxhouse/Scentmasters expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of this product in any secondary products produced thereby.
